Hamburger Noodle Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 oz. egg noodles
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 can condensed beef broth (10 1/2 oz.)
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. Burgundy wine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cook noodles and drain.
    Melt margarine in skillet; saute onion, garlic and mushrooms.
    Add beef and cook until browned.
    Remove from heat; stir in flour, tomato sauce, wine, beef broth, salt and pepper.
    Return to heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Blend in sour cream; do not boil. Layer meat mixture with noodles in lightly greased 2-quart casserole.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, 25 minutes.
