Dorene Watts' Scalloped Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage
    1 pt. White Sauce
    3/4 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Shred cabbage; boil for 8 minutes.
    Drain and place in baking dish with alternate layers of cheese.
    Add White Sauce.
    Cover top with crumbs sauteed in butter.
    Bake until crumbs are brown in hot oven (450\u00b0).
