Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. Oreo cookies, crushed well
1/2 stick butter or margarine
8 oz. soft cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
3 1/2 c. milk
2 small boxes vanilla instant pudding
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip topping
1 pkg. gummy worms
