Banana-Peach Shake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mashed ripe bananas, frozen (about 2 large)
1/2 c. low-fat milk
1 c. peach nectar
Preparation

Place all ingredients in blender.
Cover and blend about 30 seconds or until smooth.
Serve immediately over ice cubes. Low-fat and low-cholesterol.
