Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. lemon rind
    4 eggs
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix all
    ingredients.
    Pour
    into
    a 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425\u00b0 until knife comes out clean.
