Microwave Southwest Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (28 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (7 oz.) can green chilies
    2 (16 oz.) cans black beans, drained
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    3/4 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
Preparation
    In 3-quart microwave casserole, combine onion, garlic and oil. Heat on High 4 minutes; stir once.
    Add beef; cook on High 4 minutes.
    Stir to break up lumps.
    Cook 4 minutes.
    Drain fat. Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing well.
    Cook uncovered on High 5 minutes.
    Stir; cook 15 minutes longer.
