Impossible Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bacon (approximately 1/2 lb., crisply fried and crumbled)
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (approximately 4 oz.)
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly grease 9 or 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion evenly over bottom of pie plate. Place remaining ingredients in blender.
    Cover and blend on high speed for 1 minute.
    Pour into pie plate.
    Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
    Refrigerate any leftover quiche.
    Makes 6 servings.
