Polynesian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 small green pepper, sliced
    1 small onion, sliced thin
    1/3 c. stuffed olives, sliced
    1 large can pineapple chunks, drain, reserve juice
    7 oz. frozen shrimp
    1 can tomato soup
    1/4 c. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Melt butter in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Roll chicken in mixture of the flour, salt and pepper; then place in pan and bake for 30 minutes.
    Turn chicken pieces; top with peppers, onions, olives and pineapple chunks.
    Rinse shrimp in cold water; add to chicken.
    Combine tomato soup and pineapple juice (or water) and pour over chicken.
    Cover pan with foil and bake 30 minutes more.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 6.
