Prune Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 (12 oz.) pkg. pitted prunes, coarsely chopped
2 c. coarsely shredded apples
1 c. chopped nuts
powdered sugar

Preparation

In a large bowl, beat sugar, oil and eggs for 2 minutes with mixer at medium speed.
