Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 can drained pineapple slices
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    2 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk or pineapple juice
    4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix butter, brown sugar and pineapple slices and put in bottom of pan.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour in pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
