Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
6 to 8 slices pineapple
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
juice from the pineapple
Preparation

Mix cake mix according to package instructions.
Add pineapple juice to cake batter.
Combine brown sugar, butter and 2 tablespoons water in cast iron frypan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly.
Be careful not to scorch.
Remove from heat and arrange pineapple in sugar mixture.
Pour cake batter over arranged pineapple mixture Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until cake is done in center.
