Baked French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large loaf sliced French bread
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated skim milk
    1 c. liquid egg substitute
    1/3 c. dark brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Lightly coat a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with Pam.
    Arrange bread slices in bottom of pan.
    Combine remaining ingredients; mix well with whisk or egg beater.
    Pour mixture evenly over bread slices. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Serves 10.
