Chocolate Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
2 c. grated zucchini
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Beat eggs until light.
Add sugar, vanilla and oil.
Mix well. Stir in zucchini.
Sift flour, salt, soda and baking powder. Blend with creamed mixture.
Fold in dry pudding, nuts and chocolate chips.
Put into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Makes 2 loaves.
