Kentucky Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. hot water
Preparation
    In bowl mix egg yolks and all other ingredients.
    (Save whites to beat until stiff and fold into mixture.) Fold in egg whites. Bake
    in
    greased
    and floured tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
