Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 medium carrot, diced
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 qt. milk
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    6 medium potatoes, cooked and diced
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large saucepan.
    Add carrot and onion.
    Cook until tender.
    Blend in flour.
    When bubbly, gradually stir in milk and bouillon cube.
    When slightly thickened, add half of the potatoes.
    Mash remaining potatoes and stir in with the parsley and other seasonings.
