Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 apples, pared and sliced thin
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. vegetable oil
    pinch of salt
    1/4 c. orange juice
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients together, except apples.
    Grease and flour tube pan.
    Put a light layer of batter and a layer of apples.
    Sprinkle with lots of cinnamon and sugar mixture.
    Repeat until all apples and batter are used.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
