Homemade Mayo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar or lemon juice
    1 c. good salad oil
Preparation
    Put egg, seasonings and vinegar plus 1/4 cup oil in blender. Blend briefly, then with blender operating, slowly pour in remaining oil; stop.
    Stir mixture around blades and complete blending.
    Use with raw veggies.
