Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small or 1 medium zucchini
    1/2 c. flavored bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 cloves garlic
    3 Tbsp. grated cheese
Preparation
    Wash and cut tips of zucchini; cut lengthwise and scoop out inside.
    Leave 1/4-inch shell (save.).
    Cut squash very fine. Saute garlic in oil until golden brown; add squash and cook approximately 2 minutes.
    Remove from pan and mix squash with bread crumbs and grated cheese.
    Oil outside of zucchini shell and put in baking dish.
    Put mixture inside of shell and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
