Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. whole kernel corn (use a whole can)
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. milk
    approximately 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Put dry ingredients together.
    Blend milk and egg.
    Add gradually to dry ingredients.
    Stir in corn.
    Drop by tablespoons (or like pancakes from cup) into hot fat.
    Fry 2 to 5 minutes until brown. Drain on paper.
