Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
2 c. green pepper strips
onion, cut into wedges
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 (10 1/4 oz.) can Franco-American beef gravy
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

In skillet in oil, cook beef strips until brown, stirring often; set aside.
Cook onion and green pepper with garlic powder until tender, stirring often.
Stir in gravy and Worcestershire sauce; heat to boiling.
Return beef to skillet.
Heat through, stirring occasionally.
Serve over rice.
Serves 4.
