Raisin-Apple Sticky Buns(Dietetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf frozen bread dough
    2 Tbsp. margarine (room temperature)
    1/2 c. apple juice concentrate (room temperature)
    1/4 c. raisins
    2 medium apples, peeled and chopped
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans (if desired)
Preparation
    Remove dough from plastic package.
    Let dough defrost until soft, pliable and starting to rise.
    Divide into halves.
    Flatten one half into rectangle about 1/3-inch thick. Spread with half of margarine (save some to lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish). Mix apples, cinnamon, 2 tablespoons nuts, raisins and 2 tablespoons apple juice concentrate.
    Pour remaining concentrate into lightly greased baking dish.
    Sprinkle remaining nuts over apple juice in dish.
