Ingredients

1 c. margarine
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. almond extract
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
sesame seed
strawberry preserves
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
Blend in extract.
Add flour and salt; mix well.
Shape rounded tablespoonfuls of dough into balls; roll in sesame seed.
Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
Indent centers; fill with preserves. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
Makes approximately 3 dozen.
