Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 German chocolate cake mix
6 oz. finely chopped pecans
8 oz. cream cheese
1 small can coconut
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter (room temperature)
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Spray bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle coconut and pecans over bottom.
Mix cake mix by box directions. Pour over coconut and pecans.
In another bowl, mix cream cheese and oleo.
Add powdered sugar and cream together.
Drop by spoonful into cake mix randomly.
Bake 45 minutes.
It will run over.
Put pan of water below cake before baking to prevent coconut from burning.
This will also catch overspill.
