Texas Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 1/2 lb.) head cabbage
1 medium onion
1/2 green pepper
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

Chop or shred cabbage and place it in a bowl with one finely chopped onion and green pepper.
Sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar and toss lightly to blend.
