Seafood Dip - cooking recipe

1 (7 oz.) can crabmeat, drained
1/2 tsp. horseradish
1 Tbsp. milk
dash of pepper
8 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. slivered almonds
