Cinnamon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar (white)
    1 egg, separated
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    4 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add yolk.
    Add flour, sifted with cinnamon.
    Mix well.
    Put in jelly roll pan, 10 x 15-inch.
    Pour unbeaten egg white over surface and spread with hand.
    This gives shiny look.
    Drain excess.
    Sprinkle nuts on top.
    Press into dough.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cut into bars while hot, 2 1/2 x 3/4-inch.
    These freeze well.
