Vangie'S Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix (2 layer)
    1 pkg. Jell-O instant vanilla pudding (4 serving)
    1 1/3 c. water
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. Crisco oil
    2 c. Angel Flake coconut
    1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
    Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting (recipe follows)
Preparation
    Blend cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in a large mixing bowl.
    Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.
    Stir in coconut and nuts.
