Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. plain flour
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Cut in shortening until fine.
    Add buttermilk and yeast; work together. Cover and refrigerate. Roll out as many as needed for each meal. Bake in ungreased pan at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
