Sausage And Rice Casserole(Great To Take To A Potluck) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 c. raw rice
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 c. green bell pepper, diced
    1 large onion, diced
    3 cans chicken soup with rice
Preparation
    Fry pork, breaking up lumps; drain off fat.
    Mix all ingredients and add to sausage; mix well.
    Pour mixture into a large casserole, cover and bake for about 2 hours at 325\u00b0.
