French Glace Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 9-inch baked pie shell
    1 qt. berries*
    1 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Preparation
    *You can use strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries or pitted sweet cherries.
