Curried Chicken And Vegetable Salad Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. nonfat plain yogurt
    1/3 c. reduced fat mayonnaise
    1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    3 c. cooked broccoli or cauliflower florets
    2 Tbsp. raisins
    1/2 c. thinly sliced scallions
    2 c. chicken or turkey, torn into shreds
Preparation
    In a large bowl, blend together first 5 ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients; toss and serve.
    Makes 4 servings. Approximate calories, 300/serving.
    Approximate fat per serving, 12 grams.
