Butterfly Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 butterfly pork chops (3/4 to 1-inch thick)
    2 tsp. oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Brown the pork chops in oil in frying pan.
    Pour off drippings.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Add water.
    Cover tightly and simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until done.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
