Dang Good Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. coconut flakes
3/4 stick margarine (1/4)
9-inch unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Mix flour and sugar.
Add pineapple, slightly beaten eggs, coconut and melted butter.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake for 60 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
