The Sun Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. white wine
    1 c. chopped black olives
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/2 c. sunflower nuts
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese with mustard, garlic powder and wine until smooth.
    Beat in olives, Cheddar cheese and parsley.
    Form into a ball, wrap in waxed paper and chill.
    Roll in sunflower seeds. Garnish with whole olives and parsley, if you wish.
