Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat (preferably back fin)
1 egg
1 light tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Put all ingredients in bowl and mix gently with fingers so that the lumps of crab are not broken up.
Make into cakes and broil until well browned.
