Mushroom Casserole("A Favorite From The '76 Cookbook.") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. onion, grated or 1 tsp. onion flakes
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 pt. heavy cream
Preparation
    Grease 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Slice the mushrooms.
    Add to the casserole.
    Melt the butter and add all the other ingredients, except cream.
    Mix until blended.
    Then add the cream.
    Pour mixture over the mushrooms.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
