Sourdough Starter And Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. warm water
    3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
    1 c. warm water
Preparation
    Combine flour, yeast and 1 tablespoon of sugar in a nonmetal mixing bowl.
    Combine 3 tablespoons of instant potatoes with 2 cups of warm water and stir into flour mixture.
    Cover with loose aluminum foil and let stand in warm place for 48 hours.
    Take out 1 cup and store in refrigerator.
    Discard the rest or share with a friend.
    Keep Starter covered with foil for 3 to 5 days.
