Delicious Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. rolled oats (I use quick cooking)
    3/4 c. molasses
    3 Tbsp. soft butter
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. activated dry yeast
    2 c. real warm water (not real hot)
    8 c. unbleached white flour (approximately)
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over the oats and let stand 30 minutes. Add molasses, soft butter and salt. Dissolve yeast in real warm water and add to oat mixture. Beat and work in enough of the flour to make a medium soft dough. Turn onto a floured board; knead until smooth, about 10 minutes. Place dough in a clean, well oiled bowl. Turn to grease the top; cover and let rise until double in bulk, about 40 minutes.
