Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. Puritan oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. zucchini, peeled, grated and drained
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 to 2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a tube pan or 3 small loaf pans.
    Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
    Gradually add oil; then add sugar, vanilla, zucchini and pineapple.
    Gradually mix in dry ingredients.
    Stir in nuts.
