Snowball Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes plain Knox gelatine
    2 Tbsp. cold water
    1 c. hot water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 large container Cool Whip
    1 small container Cool Whip
    1 medium angel food cake, broken into small pieces
    1 can coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatine in cold water.
    Add hot water, sugar and salt.
    Dissolve.
    Add lemon juice and the pineapple and put in refrigerator for about 45 minutes.
    Take out of refrigerator and mix with large Cool Whip.
    Add mixture to broken angel food cake. Pour into long dish and spread out.
    Refrigerate overnight.
