Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 1/2 lb.) roaster, cut up
    3 c. hot water
    salt
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 lb. spaghetti (thin)
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. flour
    paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. heavy cream
    2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Day before:
    In deep kettle, place chicken, water, 2 teaspoons salt, onion salt and celery salt.
    Simmer, covered, until chicken is tender, 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
    As chicken cooks, add a little water, if necessary.
    Remove bird to bowl and reserve broth.
