Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    2 eggs
    1 small onion
    1/2 c. flour
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Grate potatoes very fine.
    Mix other ingredients with potatoes.
    Fry in olive oil in hot skillet until brown.
    One tablespoon of batter makes nice sized pancake.
    Serves five. Leftover pancakes can be frozen and reheated.
