Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 lb. sweet potatoes
1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 pt. cream
1 small bag marshmallows

Preparation

Bake potatoes.
Scoop, mash and mix with all ingredients. Bake until soft (about 35 minutes).
Top with marshmallows and heat until melted.
