Banana Nut Cake(Not Bread) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
3 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs, beaten
3 c. sifted cake flour or plain flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
2 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. raisins
2 tsp. soda
8 ripe bananas (large)
Preparation

Cream sugar and
butter;
then add eggs and Wesson oil. Sift dry ingredients
together.\tAdd
raisins
and nuts to dry mixture, then add this dry mixture to the creamed ingredients. Mash bananas and fold with the mixture.\tCook for 7 minutes on 400\u00b0 and then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 1 hour.
