Individual Cheesecakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 pkg. vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation

Blend softened cream cheese with sugar, eggs and lemon juice. Place vanilla wafer in bottom of each baking cup (use midget foil baking cups).
Top with blended mixture and bake at 300\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
When cool, top each cake with 1 teaspoon cherry pie filling.
