El Grande Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tomato, mashed and peeled
    2 lb. avocados, sliced
    3 Tbsp. chili peppers, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 1/2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dried or fresh cilantro
Preparation
    Blend tomato and the sliced avocados.
    Add chili peppers, onions, white vinegar, salt, pepper and cilantro.
    Mix and chill for one hour in the refrigerator.
    Serve with chilled vegetables.
