Cajun Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Mix sugar, eggs, pineapple and juice, then add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
