Shrimp Victoria - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. margarine
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 lb. shrimp, peeled
8 oz. sour cream
2 c. cooked rice
salt and pepper
Preparation

Saut onions, pepper, garlic and celery gently in margarine until wilted and tender.
Add shrimp and cook about five minutes, or until shrimp turns pink.
Add mushrooms and cook five minutes longer.
Add sour cream, stirring until blended and heated, but do not boil.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve over hot rice.
