Salted Peanut Crunchies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. softened butter
1/2 c. vegetable shortening
1 c. chunk style peanut butter
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. whole salted peanuts
Preparation

Cream together butter, shortening and peanut butter.
Beat in sugars gradually.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Blend in sifted dry ingredients.
Stir in chocolate pieces and peanuts.
Drop by teaspoon onto buttered cookie sheet.
Bake in slow oven at 325\u00b0 for about 15 minutes. Makes about 8 dozen.
