Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    One 2 lb. bag of frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. melted margarine or butter
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
    1 pint sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. grated cheddar cheese
    2 c. corn flakes or Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Mix thawed hash brown's, butter, salt, onion, sour cream, soup and cheese.
    Place in a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with crushed corn flakes or Ritz crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
